TKTS

Day-of-performance discount tickets for many Broadway and Off-Broadway shows may be purchased at the TKTS booth located in Duffy Square (47th St & Broadway), the Lower Manhattan at the South Street Seaport (at the corner of John & Front Sts), and the Downtown Brooklyn booth (at the corner of Jay St & Myrtle Ave Promenade). Payment is by cash, travelers checks, and credit cards.

The booths are operated by the Theater Development Fund, a non-profit service organization. Every day each individual show chooses the Discountpercentage of discount (50%,40%, 30%, 20%) for their tickets and there is a service charge of $4.00 per ticket. The letter D next to a listing indicates Drama.

All available tickets are posted on boards outside the ticket windows. Changes in availability can occur on an hourly basis as cooperating theaters supply or withdraw tickets, depending on box office demand. For more information, call 1(212) 912-9770 or visit tdf.org.
