Selecting a place to eat out is easy with the NYC restaurant grading system. The system was enacted in July 2010 by the New York City Department of Health. The grade reflects the results of a sanitary inspection which occurs at least once a year. The overall score reflects how wall a restaurant is meeting the City and State food safety requirements. The highest grade is A and it goes down to a C.
The fewer health risks, the better the grade. – See more at: http://tobyamidornutrition.com/2013/07/now-i-know-my-abcs-the-restaurant-grading-system/
